                              Foods to Dip
You may want to offer your guests a variety of items to dip into the smooth chocolate sauce. When choosing these foods, try to focus on items that will not crumble or deteriorate with handling. Set out small dishes of sweets such as marshmallows, caramels, and Rice Krispie treats; and fruits such as strawberries, apples, pears, cherries, mango’s and oranges. Cut these soft foods into bite-sized pieces and be sure to have handfuls of long skewers nearby to ease the dipping process. For those who would rather skip the spearing, offer goodies that can be easily and neatly held in the fingers, such as pretzel sticks, cookies, crystallized ginger, dried pineapple slices and Brazil nuts.

Instructions :

Step 1: Before you using it,you need open the button”heat” for about 10 min.
Step 2: Open the button”fountain”.
Step 3: Put chocolate into it,which has been melted totally.(Must choose good chocolate in flowability ;,and recommend   to use exclusive chocolate)
Step 4:If fountain machine did not achieve   ideal effect, you can check whether put   chocolate in more than 850 g or adjust   screws,which is at the bottom of machine to reach balance until satisfied   effect.
Step 5: as it has heating function,It is best condition that it is used by 8-10h sostenuto every time.
And if you want to clean it before using  it,you  can put Stainless steel tower and screw in  50-60℃ warm  water.
about main of machine,Wetting soft   cloth with warm water,draining it and wiping it,Please notice,don’t put the water into the machine. 🙂

Note:when you open the  machine,There maybe a little noise. as screw is rotating,and  there is  nothing in machine.but Please don’t worry, it is normal condition,after  putting the chocolate in it,it will be ok 🙂
